4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to the United States only. Delta 8 THC is currently illegal in 14 states and will NOT be shipped to: Alaska, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Montana, New York, Nevada, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Utah and Washington. If an order is placed for Delta 8 from these states, we will reject and refund the order within 24 hours and the products will not be shipped.

6. Shipping Address

Orders of $99 or more BEFORE tax will be shipped for free via USPS 2-day priority shipping.
