At Serene Farms, we want to ensure that every purchase brings a smile to your face and wellness to your life. We are committed to making your shopping experience a happy one and understand that it is hard to buy wellness products online without knowing if they will work for you or not. If you are not delighted with your purchase, we offer a straightforward exchange policy to bring serenity back to your world. 

 

Our Guarantee

We guarantee the happiness and satisfaction of our customers. If, for any reason, you are not overjoyed with your purchase, you may request an exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery. Serene Farms will allow a one time exchange for any item(s) in the store for equal or lesser value. 

 

Eligibility for Exchanges

To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  1. The product may be used as we hope you thoroughly test and use the product correctly before making your final decision. 
  2. Product still in it’s original condition, unaltered, and unused will be taken as well.
  3. The exchange request must be initiated and postmarked for return within 14 days of the delivery date.
  4. The item should be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  5. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and will not be reimbursed.

 

Exchange Process

Follow these simple steps to initiate an exchange:

Contact our customer happiness team at support @ serenefarms.com to request an exchange. 

Provide your order number, the reason for the exchange and the item you wish to exchange for.

Our customer service team will call you to get your feedback and understand how we can improve our products to better suit your needs.

Securely pack the item and send it to the address below.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
